Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are free via our prepaid label; refund processing takes 3-5 business days after the item reaches our warehouse.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Final-sale items (marked "Final sale" at checkout) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Size and colour exchanges are free within the same 30-day window and ship within 2 business days of the return scan, subject to stock availability.
- Items damaged in transit or with manufacturing faults can be returned within 90 days, no questions asked.
